Refunds

Our refund policy begins as soon as you receive the goods. Please check them thoroughly and notify us by email at blssdclothing.store@gmail.com or on Instagram at @blssdjeans within 3 days of receiving the goods. If you meet this requirement, we will check if it is possible to process a refund. The refund process will only start if the following conditions are met:
1. The product has serious and obvious defects that make it unwearable (damaged product).
2. The product received is completely different from what you ordered (incorrect product).
3. If you do not receive the items within 60 days of placing the order (order not received).
4. Order cancellation requests will only be accepted within 1 hour of placing the order.

Once we have accepted or rejected your refund request, we will reimburse you with a 100% discount on another item of your choice. If you prefer to receive a cash refund, please let us know, and we will process it within 14 working days. Please note that taxes and commissions may be deducted, and you may receive only 80% of the amount you spent.

Returns

Our returns policy is straightforward: We do not accept returns for any reason. If you receive a product in an incorrect size or do not like it after delivery, it will be the customer's responsibility, and BLSSD JEANS will not accept the return. It is not possible to return the product unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Standard Shipping: takes 8 to 16 business days. US, takes 7-13 days.

Jeans with or without glitter can be washed in a washing machine. However, it is recommended to turn glittery jeans inside out and wash them less frequently than regular jeans.

If a buyer accidentally enters the wrong address while buying a product, it may not be possible to change it after 24 hours have passed since placing the order. In such cases, the shipment will be delivered to the entered address.

If you are not available at the address, the package will be taken to the nearest local post office, and we will notify you with the required information to collect your order.
