NOTE : Once order is placed, we cannot cancel it. Make sure your are 100% sure before you place an order.

Also, make sure your have entered the correct address and PO box if available. We will not be responsible for any order placed with the wrong address. Double check your order before you submit it. You can always contact us to change your order if the order has not been shipped yet.

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple: We do not accept returns for any reason. If the size is wrong or you don't like the product once it arrives, it will be the full responsibility of the customer and DP JEANS will not accept the return. Under no circumstances is it possible to return the product except on EXCEPTIONAL occasions.

We accept a size swap for items in Collections, 1.0 & 2.0

A small restocking fee and shipping may apply

Refunds

Our refund policy starts from the moment the customer receives the goods. Once the goods have arrived, you will have to check it and notify it by email at: drippyjeansstore@gmail.com or on instagram at https://www.instagram.com/usdrip_uk/ within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Once notified via email or instagram, we will check if it will be possible to start the refund process. The process only begins if:

1. The goods have serious and obvious defects that do not allow the jeans to be worn

2. The product is completely different from what you ordered and you do not accept it because you do not like it

Once we have accepted or rejected , you will be reimbursed with a 100% discount on another of our items of your choice. We DO NOT refund the sums with the return of the MONEY but only with a 100% discount on another item of your choice.

Jeans without glitter can be washed like regular jeans. The same thing for glittery jeans although we strongly recommend turning the trousers before putting it in the washing machine and washing it less frequently than a normal jeans
